Shipping Policy
Orders are carefully prepared and packaged by Little Home Print Studio.

UK delivery
Delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight and type of item ordered and will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Current delivery rates for standard A4 prints are:
Standard delivery: £2.99
Express delivery: £4.49
Standard delivery is free on qualifying orders over £50.

Larger, heavier or framed items may have different delivery charges, which will be shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are a guide only and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Dispatch
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed and sent.

Packaging
Prints are packaged according to their size and format to help protect them in transit.

A4 prints are typically sent in protective board-backed envelopes. Larger prints, including A3, may be sent in suitable rigid packaging or postal tubes where appropriate. Framed prints will be securely wrapped and boxed to reduce the risk of damage during delivery.

Packaging methods may vary depending on the product ordered, but we always aim to use suitable protective materials for safe delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

International delivery
International delivery may be offered to selected countries. Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Customers ordering from outside the UK may be responsible for any local import taxes, customs charges or duties that apply in their country.

Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
