This website is operated by Little Home Print Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Home Print Studio.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products
We aim to display our prints and products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and, because prints are physical products, there may also be small differences between how artwork appears on screen and in print.

Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated from time to time.

Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your basket. We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be authorised.

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order.

Prices and payment
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the times shown on our website. Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Personalised and custom products
Where a product is made to your specifications or personalised for you, please check all names, wording and other details carefully before submitting your order.

Personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right where they are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Intellectual property

All original artwork, designs, photographs, product images, branding and other original content displayed on this website are the property of Little Home Print Studio unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, altered, redistributed, resold or used commercially without prior written permission. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the artwork.

Website use
You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services
Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify and payment providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Errors and availability
We may correct obvious errors in product descriptions, prices or other information and update the website where necessary.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
